Duties and responsibilities
* Adheres to the Company's quality and regulatory compliance requirements, without exception and ensures that all job duties inherent in the position description are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
* Participate in all aspects of customer order fulfillment.
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email or chat.
* Provide customers with quotes that include stock availability, pricing & ETA's.
* Issue RMAs for Damaged, Lost or Miss-Shipments.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy & efficiency.
* Collaborate with other departments to escalate or resolve complex issues.
* Coordinates NDT orders, shipping, etc. with appropriate warehouse personnel.
* Primary administrator for all domestic and foreign orders for NDT Business.
* Manages the billing process for our South America, Latin America & Chemistry Customers.
* Creates TAS orders for White Mountain customers.
* Records documentation, update and catalog all Customer Service procedures.
* Participate in a bi-weekly NDT Staff meeting to help manage backorders.
* Process all NDT FOC orders (Domestic and Foreign).
* Assists the organization in data collection and report preparation.
* Performs special projects, tasks and studies as may be requested by management.
