Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Compensation Analyst will support the administration and analysis of Spring Health's global revenue compensation programs. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and People teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant compensation plan execution. By combining strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and process optimization, you will help maintain fair, transparent, and effective compensation programs as Spring Health continues to grow. This is a full-time remote position on our team that may require occasional travel for in-person events.
What you'll be doing:
* Compensation Administration: Execute day-to-day compensation processes including commission calculations, quota management, and payout processing using compensation management systems (e.g., Qobra, CaptivateIQ, Xactly).
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Build and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
* Plan Support & Documentation: Assist in compensation plan implementation, create process documentation, and support plan communication and training initiatives.
* Quality Assurance: Perform detailed audits of commission calculations, validate data accuracy, and ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
* System Management: Maintain compensation systems, troubleshoot issues, and support system integrations and data flows.
* Stakeholder Support: Respond to compensation inquiries from sales teams, provide plan clarifications, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy through automation and best practices.
* Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring adherence to legal, tax, and labor regulations across multiple markets while maintaining audit trails and documentation.
What success looks like in this role:
* Achieve 99%+ on-time commission submissions each pay cycle
* Maintain 95%+ accuracy in all commission calculations and payouts
* Complete monthly commission runs within established timelines
* Maintain comprehensive audit trails and documentation for all compensation activities
* Provide timely and accurate responses to 95%+ of stakeholder inquiries
What you'll bring:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related analytical field.
* Experience: 2-3 years of experience in compensation analysis, sales operations, or financial analysis, preferably in high-growth or SaaS environments.
* Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with compensation management software; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analysis tools preferred.
* Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with proven ability to work with large datasets and identify data discrepancies.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex compensation concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
* Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve data and process issues independently.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality.
The target base salary range for this position is $66,500 - $82,100 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
