LMI is seeking a skilled Senior Power Platform Developer with an active Secret clearance. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

* Develop applications with Microsoft Power Platform to meet business requirements and streamline processes.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional solutions, data visualization and business intelligence needs.

* Design, test, and deploy applications, Power BI scripts and reports incorporating user interfaces, workflows, and data integrations.

* Maintain, update, and support Power Apps applications to ensure optimal performance.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Apps applications and integrations.

* Document application development processes, including design specifications and user guides.

* Integrate Power BI reports into other applications to provide enhanced business capabilities

* Implement and Configure Microsoft Dataverse and Connectors to support Power Platform solutions

* Build data models and develop dashboards using Power BI desktop

* Develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards

Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Prior experience application development, with at least 3 years of professional focus on Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Automate, Dataverse and Connectors.

* Proven Proficiency in Power Apps development, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.

* Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data integration.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

* Familiarity with custom connectors and APIs for integrating external data sources into Power Apps and Dataverse.

* Knowledge of best practices for app performance optimization and security within the Power Apps platform.

* Microsoft Certified: Power Apps Developer Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate).

* Experience in federal government consulting, US Army experience preferred.

* Background in integrating Power Apps with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365).

* Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles to enhance application usability.
